By creating an account with us, you can earn points ("BOLDPoints™ ") with our BOLD&CRAFT® Rewards program to unlock exciting perks and exclusive rewards.You can also find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products, exclusive offers and special events.

The BOLD&CRAFT® Rewards program allow customers to join us as a member to earn BOLDPoints™ each time you shop online or in-store. With more ways to unlock exciting perks, the BOLD&CRAFT® Rewards program is your all access pass to exclusive rewards. You can also earn more BOLDPoints™ for different actions (eg. Like/Follow/Share us on social media), on your birthday, and turn those BOLDPoints™ into awesome rewards!
Simply create your account on our website and an activation link will be send to your email.
*Walk-in customers who made in-store purchases are encourage to create an online account using the same email address details provided to us during your store visit. By registering online, you will be able to check your points balance and redeem rewards online.
Exclusion: Repair / Replacement services & Labour / Workmanship fees are excluded from earning BOLDPoints™ from the BOLD&CRAFT® Rewards program.
Customers who have registered for an online account can log in from our website. You can then check the BOLDPoints™ balance or redeem once you've unlock a reward. Redemption of your reward coupon can be done on the payment page during checkout.
To redeem a points reward in-person in-store, simply inform a BOLD&CRAFT® staff of the email that you registered with.
** Please take note that referrals rewards are valid only for online purchase.
BOLDPoints™ expire 12 months after they are earned from the last transaction month.
Example: BOLDPoints™ earned on any date in November 2022 will expire on 31 October 2023.
Extend your BOLDPoints™ expiry date -
Simply make a purchase online or in-store before the expire date.
Example: Customer made a purchase on 08 Aug 2022. All remaining BOLDPoints™ under the same customer account will be automatically extended for another 12 months till 31 July 2023.
Unredeemed BOLDPoints™ after they expire will be forfeited.
From time to time, we may review and make changes to our BOLD&CRAFT® Rewards program to better serve our customers. BOLD&CRAFT® reserves the right to change and/or amend all terms & conditions (including all rewards, perks, referrals program) without giving any prior notice.
The BOLD&CRAFT® Referrals program ("Refer friends and get rewarded") allow customers to join us as a member and give their friends a reward and claim their own when their friends make a purchase at our online store.
Example:
- Referred Friend gets $8 off discount when they make their purchase via a system generated unique link sent from Customer.
- Customer gets $8 off discount when the referred Friend completes his/her purchase.

Parcel tracking details will be provided in your order shipping confirmation email. Shipping to overseas address will take 7-18 working days, depending on where you are located. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. The shipping fees will be added automatically at checkout.
Alternative international express shipping services via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT are also available with additional cost. Please contact us for arrangement.
CUSTOMS DUTY / GOODS & SERVICE TAX varies for different countries. Most countries set a limit on the value of consumer imported goods before charging tax. Customer or receiver of the parcel shall bear all import Customs Duty & Tax and all other related fees. Please check with your Customs or Government agencies for more information on your country's import rules & regulations.
Jewellery
We use artisan grade, premium quality brass material for our brass jewellery. Brass is an alloy of copper & zinc. Like most other fine metals (such as gold or silver) brass will also oxidise with time (depending on humidity, care & usage).
To restore the shine of your Hansel & Smith® jewellery, simply polish and buff off in 2 easy steps using Cape Cod® Metal Polishing Cloths. These polishing cloths have been impregnated with a very gentle polish in exactly the right amounts to keep your brass jewellery looking its best. We recommend using only Cape Cod® Metal Polishing Cloths to avoid damage to your handcrafted jewellery.
LAST TO PUT ON, FIRST TO TAKE OFF - Another important rule is that your jewellery should be the last thing you put on, after applying make-up and perfume and the first to be taken off, before your shower or activities. Avoid contact of jewellery with chemicals such as perfume, lotion, chlorine, etc. Always remove jewellery before exercising, swimming or taking a shower.
Storing your brass jewellery with our anti-tarnish tabs will also help to protect the metal and reduce tarnishing.
Pure silver is too soft to be used in jewellery crafting. Therefore, a small quantity of copper is added to strengthen the silver. Being a precious metal, 925 Silver (S925) or Sterling Silver is a term used to specify that the metal contains at least 925 parts (92.5%) of silver to 75 parts (7.5%) of copper. Unfortunately, because of the metals added, sterling silver will oxidise with time (depending on humidity, care & usage). The copper added can react with the salt and sulphur in the air, causing sterling silver to oxidise / tarnish.
Tarnishing can take place even faster if sterling silver come in contact with detergents or cosmetics. Even just the chemicals in our sweat is enough to cause tarnishing in silver jewellery when worn. The good news is that with sterling silver, regular care can really slow down the tarnishing. And even if your silver jewellery has already been spotted with tarnish, a good polishing will easily make it look like new.

If you are living in a rather polluted environment, your jewellery might tarnish faster due to high level of sulphur in the air. As a result, it will need more regular polishing as well. In rare cases, certain individuals' body sweat may react more with silver, leading to accelerated tarnishing, particularly when consuming specific foods or medications.
Storing your silver jewellery with our anti-tarnish tabs will also help to protect the metal and reduce tarnishing.
It is hard to put a precise time frame on how fast brass or silver gets tarnished. A number of things can affect the rate of tarnish on your jewellery. If you come into regular contact with chemicals, like going to the pool or using beauty products often, your brass or sterling silver jewellery is bound to tarnish faster. Make sure to take care of your precious metal jewellery and keepsakes so that they can look good for many years.

When jewellery start to lose their shine and begin to tarnish with use over time, this often makes the item look old, tired and less valuable.
Our anti-tarnish tabs help protect metals and reduce tarnishing by absorbing sulphides and other pollutants in the air which cause tarnishing to occur.
• USING & REPLACING ANTI-TARNISH TABS
Always store your metal jewellery in the air tight zip-lock bags that come with our anti-tarnish tabs. Anti-tarnish tabs are non-toxic, emit no fumes and leave no residue.
Anti-tarnish tabs should be replace approximately every 3-4 months but their effectiveness can vary depending on the environment they're stored in (eg. due to the amount of pollution or humidity in the air, how airtight the packaging is or how often the jewellery is removed from the airtight zip-lock bag).
** Please note that anti-tarnish tabs cannot remove existing tarnish on the metal, so your jewellery should be polished and clean before storing them with the anti-tarnish tabs. We recommend using Cape Cod® Polish to polish and clean your fine metals.
• STORING UNUSED ANTI-TARNISH TABS
If stored correctly, any unused anti-tarnish tabs should last up to 2 years; just make sure they are stored in the airtight zip-lock bag provided.
Many of our jewellery items are crafted from sterling silver and then undergo a plating process where a minimum of 3 microns, or more, of typically 18 karat gold is applied onto the sterling silver base, which is also referred to as gold vermeil. Gold vermeil jewellery is generally considered hypoallergenic, but it's important to acknowledge that individual sensitivities and allergies can vary. Hypoallergenic jewellery is designed to minimize the risk of causing allergic reactions, especially in individuals with sensitive skin or metal allergies.
As time progresses, both gold-plated and gold vermeil jewellery may undergo oxidation and tarnishing. Determining an exact timeframe for the longevity of the gold-plated layer or the rate at which silver tarnishes is a challenging endeavor, as it varies from person to person.
Tarnishing occurs when the metal interacts with elements in the environment, such as sulfur compounds, humidity, and pollutants. Various factors can contribute to the breakdown or fading of the gold layer, including but not limited to:
(i) Friction and wear during daily activities,
(ii) Exposure to chemicals and acids,
(iii) Prolonged contact with moisture, humidity, and sweat,
(iv) Using abrasive materials or improper cleaning methods.
To extend the lifespan of the gold-plated layer, it is crucial to avoid exposing your jewellery to substances like perfume, lotion, chlorine, and more. Additionally, it's advisable to remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming, or taking a shower. When not in use, store your jewellery in a cool, dry place.

Jewellery from our Hansel & Smith® (hand-sawn) collection comes with *complimentary one (1) year polishing service from the original date of purchase. Customers may visit in-store for further assistance.
Sterling silver jewellery items from our Amebelle & Co.® collection can be cleaned & polished in-store with a small fee. Alternatively, we highly recommend customers to use Cape Cod® Polish for their jewellery. It''s simple to use, highly effective and we guarantee you will love it!

Leather Goods
Our leather goods are manufactured using sustainable leather from Italian tanneries. The leathers are mainly treated through a vegetable tanning process for a better respect of the environment as well as optimum quality.
Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to waterproof it with a product adapted to the leather (such as mink oil). Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the colour of the leather over time. We advise you to put your product in its dust-bag/box when you are not using it.
For better results, we also recommend that you stuff your bag with paper so that it keeps its original shape. Close zips and avoid damp areas.

Amebelle® sterling silver jewellery are covered by seven (7) days warranty from the original date of purchase covering manufacturing defects subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty by Handmade Republic® Company. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the following sterling silver parts only: necklace spring / lobster clasps, jump rings, earring hooks & studs.
Items not covered under the warranty include: pendant, necklace chain, ring, bangle, bracelet, brooch, gold / rose-gold plated or any form of electroplated parts, cubic zirconia stones, precious & semi precious stones, man-made stones.
Handmade Republic® Company will repair or replace material / manufacturing defective parts during the warranty period (T&Cs applies).
General wear and tear, improper use, misuse, oxidation, tarnishing, accidental damage, improper care, unathorized or self repair, are not covered under the warranty. Items on sales, promotions, clearance or mark down sales / prices, are sold without any warranty. Handmade Republic® Company will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-original parts. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of any lost items.
Do not expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals or environments. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter its appearance. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to: perfume, facial & body lotion, salt, alcohol, detergent & soap, body sweat, pools, hot tubs, and spas etc. Always remove your jewellery before exercising, swimming or taking a shower. Clean and store your jewellery in a cool, dry place after use.
Hansel & Smith® brass jewellery products are covered by:
(i) 12 (twelve) months warranty (Category 1) - necklace, earring, parts including necklace spring/lobster clasps, gold plated chains, jump rings and earring hooks;
(ii) 6 (six) months warranty (Category 2) - ring, bangle, bracelet & brooch from the original date of purchase covering manufacturing defects subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty by Handmade Republic® Company. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects from the Hansel & Smith® hand-sawn jewellery collection only.
Handmade Republic® Company will repair or replace material / manufacturing defective parts during the warranty period (T&Cs applies).

We do not provide any warranty or repair service for all leather goods or wood craft products.
A copy of the Delivery Note / Receipt or Electronic Receipt is required for proof of purchase. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of any lost items. If your jewellery is out of the warranty period or without a valid proof of purchase, there will be a charge for the cost of repair which will be advised to you. The warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, unauthorised repair, improper care, improper use, other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, negligence of persons (other than authorised Handmade Republic® Company sales or service agents). Items on sales, promotions, clearance or mark down sales / prices, are sold in an as-is condition and are not covered under any warranty. Customers will need to provide and register with us their name, email / contact number to be provided with an e-receipt and be eligible for the warranty. All information provided to us will be kept strictly confidential in accordance to the laws of Singapore.
In case of a replacement, Handmade Republic® Company cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model or design of jewellery / product. If your model or design is not available, an item of equal value and similar appearance will be provided. No monetary refund will be provided in any case.
For service work (repair / replacement of parts) that is not covered under this warranty, Handmade Republic® Company may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on the style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services.
Exclusion: The Jewel Fox® jewellery brand does not come with any form of warranty.
BOLD&CRAFT® reserves the right to change and / or amend all terms & conditions without giving any prior notice.
Legal & Policies
Like many companies that have expended years and enormous resources in carefully developing brand recognition, Handmade Republic® Company's brands & products are being unlawfully imitated and sold at inferior quality through unauthorised point of sales, and usually at drastically reduced prices. These inferior knockoffs, while not always easy to detect, are not produced by or for Handmade Republic® Company or under its control. Also, these products do not meet Handmade Republic® Company's quality standards and are not covered by Handmade Republic® Company’s warranty. As owner of multiple copyrights and trademarks, Handmade Republic® Company will vigorously investigate those who manufacture or sell counterfeit products and take legal action against them.
